Dispatch Times

All items are handmade to order in the UK by military veterans.

We aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee, as each item is individually produced rather than mass manufactured. During busy periods — particularly Remembrance season (November) and Christmas — dispatch times may be longer due to increased demand. PLEASE NOTE: Due to some specific "scams" and poor customer behaviour, we reserve the right to pursue any chargeback fees we incur if an order is raised as a Chargeback before the 10 working days period has elapsed.

If your order is completed sooner, it will always be dispatched as soon as possible.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your Royal Mail tracking details. If you have not yet received a dispatch email, your order is still in production.

If you require an item for a specific date, please order early or contact us before placing your order to check current lead times.

Delivery

All orders are sent via Royal Mail using a tracked service.

Free UK delivery is included unless otherwise stated
Please note: free delivery excludes Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands

Busy Periods

During peak times, particularly Remembrance periods and the run-up to Christmas, production and dispatch times may be extended.

We strongly recommend placing orders as early as possible during these periods to avoid disappointment.

Cancellations & Returns

All items are made to order and carefully packaged before dispatch.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide a photograph where appropriate. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Where a return is required due to an error on our part, we will reimburse return postage costs up to the value of Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked, in line with Royal Mail pricing.

If an order requires correction due to incorrect details provided at the time of purchase, additional costs (including postage) may apply.

As items are made to order, we are generally unable to offer refunds for change of mind once production has begun. However, if you have any concerns, please contact us and we will always do our best to help.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund where necessary.
