Can I include a service number or other personal details on my order?

Yes. If your chosen product includes personalisation, there is plenty of space during the ordering process to add service numbers, dates of service and names. To help protect your privacy, please do not send personal or service information through the website chat. Any details needed to complete your order should be entered securely in the personalisation boxes provided on the product page when you place your order.

What if I don’t know the date or place of enlistment?

Accepted Answer

That’s no problem. Do you make something for my Regiment/Corps/Service?

Almost certainly, yes. We create personalised displays for every British Army regiment and corps, the Royal Navy, Royal Air Force and many other organisations. It simply isn't practical to have a separate page for every badge, unit or variation.If you can't immediately find what you're are looking for, please ask or browse our collections—we're very likely to have exactly what you need.

Do you send proofs before production?

No. We do not provide digital proofs or previews before production.Our products are individually handcrafted using the personalisation details you provide when placing your order. Please take a moment to check all names, service numbers, dates and other details carefully before completing your purchase. Don't forget to check the delivery address is correct as well. If you have an unusual request or are unsure whether something can be included, please contact us before placing your order and we'll be happy to advise.

Are your products always in stock?

Yes. Because every Oaths of Allegiance display is individually handcrafted and personalised to order, we do not rely on pre-made stock. This means we can produce displays for all British Army regiments and corps, the Royal Navy, the Royal Air Force and many other organisations without waiting for stock to become available.As each item is made specifically for you, production and dispatch take place within our current lead times rather than being available for immediate dispatch. I can't find my regiment or corps. Can you still make one?

Yes. We create personalised displays for all British Army regiments and corps, the Royal Navy, including QARNNS, the Royal Air Force and many other organisations. Because every item is individually handcrafted to order, there is no separate stock of regiment or corps versions and nothing needs to come back into stock.If you cannot find your regiment, corps or service listed on the website, please get in touch.

How do I place an order?

Choose the product you would like, select any available options and enter the personalisation details requested on the product page. Add the item to your basket and complete payment through our secure online checkout.Please check all names, dates and other details, including delivery address,  carefully before submitting your order.

Are your products kept in stock?

Accepted Answer

Our products are made to order, so they do not normally show as out of stock. Once your order is received, it is individually prepared using the options and personalisation details you have selected.

Do you have anything for NHS Staff?

Yes. Our framed NHS George Cross display makes a meaningful gift for an NHS staff member retiring or celebrating many years of service. It is also often purchased by families wishing to thank a hospital ward, department or local NHS service for the care someone has received.The George Cross was awarded collectively to the National Health Services of the United Kingdom in recognition of NHS staff past and present, across every discipline and all four nations. How long will my order take?

Please allow up to 15 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. During especially busy periods, completion may take slightly longer, although we always work to finish orders as quickly as possible. Delivery normally takes a further 1–3 working days after dispatch. More delivery information is here

Can you accommodate an urgent order?

If you need an order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering. We will check our current workload and tell you honestly whether we are likely to be able to meet your deadline.Please do not assume that a date can be met unless we have confirmed it.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched and provide the Royal Mail tracking or delivery reference where applicable.

Can my order be sent directly to the recipient?

Yes. You can enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address when placing your order. Orders are securely packaged to protect them during delivery.Please note that we do not currently offer gift wrapping or a gift-card service.

Do you offer anything for the Royal Ulster Constabulary George Cross (RUC GC)?

Yes. We offer a framed Royal Ulster Constabulary George Cross presentation featuring the Queen’s citation and a replica George Cross medal. It commemorates the collective award made to the RUC in recognition of the courage and dedication of its officers and their families.It makes a meaningful RUC retirement, long-service or commemorative gift for former officers, their families and collectors of RUC memorabilia. Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift-card service?

No. We do not currently offer gift wrapping or a gift-card service. However, your order can be sent directly to the recipient if you enter their address as the delivery address.

Can I see a proof before my order is made?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not provide proofs before production. Please check all names, dates, locations and other personalisation details carefully when placing your order, as we will use the information exactly as submitted.

Can I change my personalisation after ordering?

Accepted Answer

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error or need to request a change. Because every personalised product is made to order, we cannot guarantee that alterations will be possible once production has begun.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Our products are made to order and carefully assembled and finished by military veterans in our UK workshop. Individual product pages explain the materials and processes used for each particular range.

Question 20

Are your military products officially licensed?

Accepted Answer

Oaths of Allegiance is officially licensed by the Ministry of Defence to produce products featuring protected Armed Forces insignia. Relevant products are made in accordance with the terms of that licence.

Can I request a product for a particular regiment, corps or service?

Accepted Answer

We offer a wide selection of current and historic British Armed Forces badges and service options. Please check the choices shown on the relevant product page. If you cannot find the one you need, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether it is available.

Question 22

Do you do anything for Police service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer a personalised framed Police Constable’s Oath of Office.  It can feature the appropriate religious oath or non-religious attestation and makes a meaningful police retirement, long-service or commemorative gift. Former officers also order one as a lasting record of their own service.Please note that we do not offer a PSNI oath, as Police Service of Northern Ireland officers do not swear an oath of allegiance to the monarch.
