Dispatch Times
All of our remembrance pieces are made to order in the UK by veterans.
We aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days, however this is an estimate rather than a guarantee. As a small, veteran-run business producing items individually rather than mass-producing them, some orders may take a little longer — particularly during busy periods such as November Remembrance season and Christmas.
If your order is ready sooner, we will always dispatch it as soon as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your Royal Mail tracking details, so please keep an eye on the email address provided at checkout. If you haven’t received a dispatch email yet, your order is still in production.
If you need an item for a specific date, we strongly recommend ordering early. You’re welcome to contact us before ordering if you’d like to check current lead times.
Delivery
All orders are sent via Royal Mail with tracking provided once dispatched.
Free UK delivery is included unless otherwise stated.
Please note that free delivery excludes Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Busy Periods
During peak times — particularly Remembrance periods in November and the run-up to Christmas — production and dispatch times may be extended due to increased demand.
We always recommend placing orders as early as possible during these periods to avoid disappointment.
Cancellations & Returns
All items are made to order and carefully packaged before dispatch.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include a photo where appropriate. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
If a return is required due to an error on our part, we’ll refund return postage up to the cost of Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked, in line with Royal Mail pricing. If we have to correct and re-send because of an error in the order, we may ask for additional postage.
As items are made to order, we may be unable to offer refunds for change of mind once production has begun. However, if you have any concerns at all, please do get in touch — we’re always happy to help where we can.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if necessary.
