Dispatch Times

We try to dispatch all our Oaths within 10-12 working days so please allow at least that time to pass before contacting us for delivery updates. Sometimes we might take a little longer with engraving. We will send you a message via the email address you provide with your Royal Mail tracking reference when your order is on its way so please keep an eye on your email for those. If you haven't had a message from us, then it's likely your frame hasn't yet been dispatched. At busy times like Father's Day and Christmas, things can take longer so please order early. Each Oath, including the NHS ones, is individually handmade, they are not mass produced. We sometimes need to order in Cap Badges for units that no longer exist so please bear in mind this can delay production. If you need your Oath for a particular date please order early and speak to us about the delivery date.

The pictures are added when we can so the Oaths may vary slightly in presentation although the military ones will all include the badge, coin and ribbon. Special Delivery
If you need your Oath more quickly, please give us a ring on 07454 945571 or 07805 030222 before you order - we can't promise anything but we'll see what we can do. If we have your badge in stock we can do next day delivery (Mon-Fri ) however there is a £20.00 charge to cover extra postage and special production costs
Cancellations and Returns

Each Oath is handmade to order and packaged as carefully as we can. They all leave here in perfect order but if you receive yours and it has been damaged in transit or there is a problem with it, we will do our best to sort it out. Please just get in touch and send us a photo of the damaged item. For damaged items, if it needs replacing, or you want a refund we will agree that with you but depending on the issue you will need to return either the full frame or the metal badge and coin or just the coin to us. Please send it tracked mail and we will refund you up to the cost of 2nd class tracked and signed for post based on Royal Mail prices. If we are correcting an error made by you when you've ordered, we won't refund postage and we may ask you to purchase additional postage to cover the cost of returning the corrected item to you. If the item is in good order and there is no mistake then we don't offer a refund as the Oath has been made specifically for you and cannot be used elsewhere. However, we will always do our best to help so if you do have any concerns, please just get in touch. We may also use our judgement to complete the oath if incorrect or incomplete information has been supplied. We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason and refund monies paid.
